I ordered the hamburger steak with grilled onions, crinkle-cut fries, and Texas toast, and everything was absolutely phenomenal. The hamburger steak was seasoned to perfection—it had that homemade, love-filled flavor that’s so rare to find. The grilled onions were caramelized to perfection, adding a sweet touch, and the gravy? Hands down, the best I’ve had in years. The fries were thick, golden, and crispy, just how I like them. I also tried the salad bar, and it was fresh and well-stocked, a great complement to the meal. Trace Way surprised me in all the best ways—this is comfort food at its finest. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t regret it! Definitely a 5/5 experience. I’ll be coming back for sure!
Simple place. Simple menu. Great service. Great food. Stopped in about 15:00 for Lupper (late lunch, early supper). Had a salad and a steak with fries. Seasoned good, cooked correctly. Would not hesitate to stop by again and again.
